untouchable palace

sorry, i cant remember whats the name of this palace but from what i remember its near cheongdok palace..
my friend brought me to this palace and when we passed by this place in the picture, she was telling me that no one are allowed to go up there unless the staff ( i think ), coz its a very private place and this is where the king's uh.. shoot,, i forgot what its called, lets just say magician?
she/he would go up here to pray or something.. so its a very very private place..
if any of you watch jumong, im sure you know what i mean (i hope haha)
